At this workshop, you will learn:
- What encompasses trauma
- How does it impact the brain, body and behavior across environments
- Behaviors as communication
- Trauma reactions/protective system
- Ways to Help sensory grounding/soothing, coregulation, repair after rupture
- Types of resources to explore
