SUMMARY:Child Parent Psychotherapy Information Session via Zoom
DESCRIPTION:Oishei Children’s Hospital is proud to announce Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)\, an evidence-based therapy for children from birth to age 5 that aims to strengthen the bond between children and their caregivers in the face of trauma and attachment challenges. What makes CPP unique is its emphasis on using the relationship between child and caregiver to help process trauma\, improve attachment\, and reset a child’s developmental trajectory. We look forward to sharing more about this treatment approach and information about how to refer children and their caregivers. \nPresenters: Dr. Joshua Russell is a child and adolescent psychiatrist affiliated with UB. He practices in the outpatient setting and has developed a special interest in the intersection of the child welfare and mental health systems. Lianna Zullich\, LMSW is the clinic intake coordinator as well as a CPP therapist. \n*Certificate of completion available upon request*  \nREGISTER TODAY FOR THIS FREE EVENT! \nCall: 716-332-4170 | Email: info@parentnetworkwny.org \nDownload Flyer
