Learn about the Special Education Process and the Individualized Education Program!

Gain understanding about procedures, NYS regulations, and strategies to promote a parent’s understanding and participation in an Individualized Education Program (IEP) meeting.
This course is required to receive a Parent Member Certificate to support a parent of a child with a disability in an IEP meeting.

Part 1 Online videos & activities. Complete at least 1 day prior to Live Zoom Session.
Part 2 Thursday, March 9 from 11 am – 1 pm Live Zoom Session.
