| Young adults with disabilities will soon be transitioning into the adult systems for continued guidance and support in achieving their goals. The world of eligibility can be overwhelming and confusing. Participants will gain knowledge of the different adult systems that their child may want to access as they work toward their personal goals. Understanding the systems from the eligibility process to the services will help determine where you should start the process. | |
