This OPWDD-approved curriculum provides an introduction to the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Waiver, which is the primary funding mechanism for supporting the Individualized Service Environment (ISE) for persons with developmental disabilities. This workshop includes an overview of the ISE, a history and overview of the waiver, waiver services and the Service Coordinator’s responsibilities regarding he waiver.
