Coping Skills

FreeCoping Skills – Defining & developing creative coping strategies to help manage emotions & behavior challenges
Participants will learn about what coping skills are and why they are important. Educate participants on how to develop and utilize healthy coping skills for themselves and children. Participants will also receive access to coping skills cards for kids and minute meditations.

Debbie Schutt, MS is Parent Networks’ Behavior Intervention Coordinator. Debbie has been a member of the Parent Network of WNY team since 2018. She has extensive experience working with youth and families through the Office of Mental Health and the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities in the areas of behavior intervention, crisis management, and mental health.
